An AI voicemail receptionist for the calls you miss.

When a call would normally go to voicemail, it picks up instead, in your brand's voice. Often it can deal with the whole call itself, answering questions and booking the appointment straight into your software, so your team only hears about the hard or unusual ones. Z&Z Partnership sets it up for practices and businesses in Logan and right across South-East Queensland.

Try it now: call (07) 4439 9564, a live demo set up for a dental practice.

  4. Caller

    Thursday at 2 works.

  5. AI voicemail receptionist

Done. You're booked for Thursday at 2pm. Anything else I can help with?

The cost of a missed call

Few callers say they’d leave a message.

Every call that hits voicemail is a caller deciding whether to wait or ring the next practice on the list. With an AI voicemail receptionist they don’t get as far as the beep. It answers, and it can book them in on the spot.

Your numbers, not ours

What are missed calls costing you?

Put in your own numbers. It's a rough guide, not a promise, but it shows what's at stake when a caller rings someone else.

The starting numbers are only an example. Change them to match your business. This doesn't include what the receptionist costs, and no setup wins back every call.

Example: work that could be going elsewhere

$375 a week

About $19,500 a year.

picks up.

Zeek on a phone call, walking along a footpath on a sunny day
  • Missed calls only

It takes over only when a call would go to voicemail, so it never answers first or gets in the way of your team.

  • Busy times, after hours or both

You decide when it’s on, from busy days to nights and weekends.

  • Your voice

A voice and tone matched to your brand, with questions written for your business and industry.

  • Questions and bookings

It answers common questions and books appointments straight into your software, so your team doesn’t have to.

  • Only the calls that need you

Anything hard or unusual goes to your team as an instant summary, so they know who called, what about and how urgent it is.

  • Your setup, your call

If you’d rather it only took the details, it can send each summary by email, SMS or straight into your CRM.

Examples, not case studies

What your callers ask.

Bookings work where it can connect to your booking or practice software. Everything else comes to your team as an instant summary.

Dental

Callers ask

  • “Can I get in for a check-up and clean next week?”
  • “I've chipped a tooth. Can someone see me today?”
  • “How much is a new patient exam?”

Your AI voicemail receptionist

  • Books the check-up into your practice software.
  • Answers fee questions with the prices you approve.
  • Flags the chipped tooth as urgent, so your front desk calls back first.

Law

Callers ask

  • “Do you do family law?”
  • “Can I get an appointment this week?”
  • “I've just been served with papers. What do I do?”

Your AI voicemail receptionist

  • Says which areas you practise in, and which you refer on.
  • Books an initial consultation and takes the names your team needs for a conflict check.
  • Takes the details rather than giving advice, and flags anything with a deadline as urgent.

Accounting

Callers ask

  • “Can I drop my tax papers in this week?”
  • “Can I book a time to go through my return?”
  • “When's my next BAS due?”

Your AI voicemail receptionist

  • Answers your office hours and what to bring.
  • Books the meeting in your calendar.
  • Passes client-specific questions, like BAS dates, to your team with the caller's details.

Physio

Callers ask

  • “Can I move my Thursday appointment?”
  • “Do I need a referral to book?”
  • “My back's flared up again. Can I get in today?”

Your AI voicemail receptionist

  • Takes the details of the change and sends your team an instant summary.
  • Answers referral and first-visit questions.
  • Flags the flare-up as urgent in the summary your team gets.

Trades

Callers ask

  • “Do you cover Jimboomba?”
  • “Can you quote a switchboard upgrade?”
  • “Our power's out. Can someone come today?”

Your AI voicemail receptionist

  • Answers which suburbs you cover.
  • Takes the job details your quote needs.
  • Marks the outage as urgent in the summary your team gets instantly.
Working with your team

It handles the routine calls.
Your team gets the ones that need them.

What it does

  • Picking up missed calls straight away, before the voicemail beep
  • Answering common questions and taking bookings in your software
  • Keeping callers with you, so they don’t hang up and ring someone else
  • Passing on the hard or unusual calls, flagged by urgency

What it isn't

  • A replacement for your staff or reception
  • A guaranteed sales generator
  • The same script every other business gets
  • Something that answers before your team gets the chance

It's there to support your team, not replace them. You choose how it introduces itself to callers, and we talk you through recording and privacy before it goes live.

How we set it up.

  1. Step 1

    Listen

We learn how your calls come in, what callers ask and which calls your team wants to handle themselves.

  2. Step 2

    Build

We write the call flow and questions and choose a voice that suits your brand. You approve the tone.

  3. Step 3

    Connect

Once we’ve linked it to your booking or practice software, it can do the work, and summaries go wherever you want them.

  4. Step 4

    Test

We ring it ourselves, again and again, with real questions and awkward ones, before it goes live.

  5. Step 5

    Go live and improve

Typically live in 5 to 8 business days. Ongoing tuning is included, and you can change the script, voice or flow at any time.

Phone questions

Still wondering about something? See all questions or ask us directly.

Where does our data go?

It depends on the tool. Before we switch anything on, we check where it stores data, who can see it and whether it's used for training, then walk you through it. With the AI voicemail receptionist, call summaries go where you choose, such as your inbox, SMS, CRM or practice software. If a tool doesn't meet your obligations to patients or clients, we don't use it.

Are there ongoing costs?

There can be, because some tools charge a monthly fee, per user or per use. You'll see every one of those costs in your plan before we set anything up, so nothing turns up on your card later that you weren't expecting. For the AI voicemail receptionist, ongoing tuning is included, and you can change its script, voice or call flow at any time.

Can AI answer my phones?

Yes, the ones your team misses. When a call would go to voicemail, our AI voicemail receptionist answers instead, in a natural voice matched to your brand, so the caller can book with you rather than ringing someone else. It answers common questions and, where it connects to your booking software, books appointments, which leaves your team with just the calls that need them. If you'd rather it only took the details, it'll do that and send your team an instant summary. Try our dental demo on (07) 4439 9564. It runs on ANSR AI, our sister company, which we operate ourselves.

Will callers know they're talking to AI?

That's your choice. It can introduce itself as an AI assistant, or simply answer in a natural voice matched to your brand. We talk you through the options, and through recording and privacy, before it goes live.

Does it work after hours, or during the day too?

Either, or both. It only picks up when a call would go to voicemail. During the day it covers the calls your team can't get to, and after hours it covers the ones that come in once you've closed. It never answers first or interrupts a live call.

How long does it take to set up an AI voicemail receptionist?

Typically 5 to 8 business days. In that time we set up its voice and tone, the questions it asks, how it handles your industry and what it sends your team. Once it's live we keep tuning it as part of the service, so the script, the call flow or the voice can change whenever you need.

What happens when an AI voicemail receptionist can't answer a question?

It passes it to your team. We set it up to answer the questions your callers ask most, so this is for the hard or unusual ones. It takes the caller's details and question, notes how urgent it is and sends your team an instant summary, so whoever calls back already knows what it's about. You decide what it should and shouldn't say. And because ongoing tuning is included, we can teach it the answer for next time.

Can it transfer calls to my team?

No. It answers when a call would otherwise go to voicemail, so by the time it picks up, your team has already missed the call. It can deal with common questions and bookings on the spot. For anything else, your team gets an instant summary, and whoever rings back will know what the caller wanted.
